The values that guide the actions of all FREMAP employees, as set out in the FREMAP Corporate Culture Document and the Principles of Responsible Action, are grouped into six:

Our employees are FREMAP's greatest asset, as they are directly responsible for providing the service and they are the main value for achieving the company's vision. For this reason, FREMAP is committed to the professional and personal development of its staff, in pursuit of stability and permanence, based on ethics, integrity, and self-criticism, and with the constant involvement and improvement of each and every one of its employees.
