In the first phase, an analysis is carried out of the different causes of absences due to health reasons. To this end, companies are provided with reports and indicators containing numerical and graphical information on the monthly and annual evolution of temporary disability due to occupational and common contingencies in comparison with the company's sector. These reports can be obtained through FREMAP Online or request them directly from FREMAP.

In collaboration with the company, an adapted plan is developed in accordance with current regulations, which integrates preventive, health and organizational measures. The proposed actions are prioritized according to impact and feasibility, proposing a program of joint actions with a comprehensive approach aimed at improving the management of temporary disability processes and therefore improving the health of working people.
