Governing and representative bodies

Members of the governing and participation bodies of the Mutual Company or its representatives do not receive remuneration, in accordance with the provisions of regulations in force. In accordance with the provisions of Order TIN/246/2010, of February 4, in the year 2026 they may receive the following compensation for their attendance at each meeting of the aforementioned bodies:

  • Board of Directors Amount: €1,054.
  • Amount of Commissions delegated by the Board of Directors: €1,054.
  • Special Provisions Committee Amount: €876.
  • Amount of the Control and Monitoring Commission: €714.

Managing Director

Remuneration for the 2026 Financial Year*, in accordance with the provisions of article 88(3 and 4) of the consolidated text of the Social Security Act with regard to the Published Order of 2 January 2015, approving the classification of Mutual Societies Collaborating with the Social Security Institute.

  • Basic remuneration: €114,969.23
  • Post supplement: €68,981.54
  • Variable, maximum that they can receive according to objectives set by the board of directors: €45,987.70.
  • Total remuneration: 229,938.47

*Payments pending the increase that may correspond to the final approval of the rules on wage mass in the public sector for 2026 and their application.

Compensation received by Senior Officials upon leaving office

No compensation payments have been made for leaving office.
