How to identify or register with FREMAP Contigo?
If you have an electronic certificate, you can identify yourself or register directly with FREMAP Contigo.
With your user credentials, you can identify yourself or register at FREMAP Contigo if you are or have been a FREMAP patient.

Set your final password and access FREMAP Contigo
With FREMAP Contigo you can:
- Access your health history and view diagnostic tests.
- Download imaging tests and medical reports.
- Obtain proof of attendance, accident reports, and medical reports of sick leave and return to work.
- Download your electronic prescriptions.
- Check your appointments and add them to your device's calendar.
- To know the details of payments that FREMAP has done for you.
- Request direct payment of the economic benefit for Temporary Disability.
- Contact your manager/assistant/social worker.
- Receive text message and/or email alerts E.g.: notice of upcoming appointments; Transfer dispatch notification...
- Obtain the certificate of IRPF withholdings for the benefits paid by the Mutual Insurance Company.
Do you need help?
From “I forgot my password”, enter your ID number and the email address you have registered with FREMAP Online. You will receive a temporary password by email. Then you will need to validate it with a code (SMS or email) and exchange it for a final one.
To register and receive the SMS with the temporary password, you must have or have had some disability process and have visited a FREMAP office at some point. If you meet these conditions and still do not receive your temporary password, you should contact FREMAP to verify that your mobile phone number is correct.
Please note that if you have a digital certificate, you can register without ever having visited a FREMAP office by logging in without a password.

FREMAP Contigo is a website (https://contigo.fremap.es), compatible with any fixed or mobile device (computer, tablet, mobile).
There is also an APP version of FREMAP Contigo that is compatible with iOS 13.0 or higher, and Android 11.0 or later.
If the device cannot be updated to iOS/iPadOS 13 or higher, the app will not appear in the App Store. In that case, FREMAP Contigo can always be accessed via the web from the browser, without operating system version restrictions.
If you have or have had a temporary disability (TD) process, in some cases you can request direct payment which will be paid directly by FREMAP. This request should only be made when one of the legally established conditions is met. You can submit your application through FREMAP Contigo and thus avoid trips to the office, by accessing it from here.
