      You can sign up for any of the scheduled webinars posted in the "current offerings" column of the Virtual Classroom. To do this, you must click on “Register” and fill out the application. For more information, please consult our How to register.

      On occasion, you may find that there are no places available on the webinar. This is because we have a limited number of connections and registrations are confirmed by order of request. Please note that there will be a new offering every week and most webinars are repeated several times a year. So, we ask that you sign up for the next available slot that works for you.

      You will receive a confirmation email from the ZOOM platform between 24 and 72 hours before the start of the webinar. If you haven't received it, check in your spam/trash folder. You should also make sure that you entered your email address correctly when you applied.

      Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive an email from the platform with a web link for you to access on the day of the webinar, at the designated start time. If you have not received it, check your spam/trash folder.

      If you are having problems installing the Zoom CLIENT and connecting, follow these steps:

      1. Click again on the link or on "click to join" in the email you have received from Zoom.

      2. Click on the START MEETING button. (Do not attempt to install the Zoom Client and cancel the file download). Once you have clicked on START MEETING, the option "Join from your browser" will appear just below.

      3. Click on "Join from your browser" and follow the on-screen instructions to join the Webinar.

      Once the session is over, you will receive an email link to a survey we conduct to determine the level of satisfaction of the attendees with the webinar and use this information to adapt our topics and content accordingly. In the same email you will find the link where you can download the documentation on the training given.

      We provide you with PDFs of the documentation presented during the webinar in an email sent out after the event with the attendee satisfaction survey. In it you will find all the information and examples presented by the speaker during the webinar.

      You can access the video recording if you are a FREMAP Online user, the web platform for communicating with companies and offices. When you log in to FREMAP Online with your username and password, you will find the recording of the latest webinars in the NEWS section. Webinars will be available for approximately one month from their broadcast.
